Welcome,
I'm a dedicated practitioner of holistic health and I love empowering people to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts. As a Registered Nurse of 18+ years (with Baccalaureate Holistic Nursing Certification HNB-BC), and a Master-trained Reiki practitioner since 2016, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between Western medicine and the "alternatives," while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal.

At In Flow Reiki, sessions combine traditional Usui Reiki, as originally discovered and taught by Mikao Usui Sensei, with
tuning fork sound healing to relax, restore, and harmonize the energy field, body, & nervous system.​
My highest vision is to help others find peace and balance through these energetic practices. My heart and my empathic sensitivity are my gifts as I hold space with compassion for you to self-heal. A reiki session will leave you feeling light, warm, and more like your true self-- which, beneath layers of accumulated density, is already present and brilliant. Your essence is divine light, and is ready to shine!

Intuitive Energy Work
Sessions with Karly are relaxed, supportive, and intuitively guided for the individual. Self-healing is facilitated by placings hands in certain positions on or above the recipient’s body in order to facilitate the flow of Reiki, the “universal life energy,” through the Reiki practitioner to the patient. The practitioner is not the source of the healing energy, but a channel for it.

In Flow Reiki is now located inside Essence Wellness Center, 1416 N College Avenue, Fayetteville AR.
Enter the Evelyn Hills Shopping Center off College Ave (behind Tacos-4-Life), you'll see Essence right next to Summer Moon Coffee.

There is plenty of parking out front, when you arrive for your appointment, you may either check in at the front desk, "I'm here for Reiki with Karly," or simply come down the hallway.
In Flow Reiki is on the right side just before the kitchen. If my door is open I'm ready for you! :-)
