Services Provided

90 minute sessions are recommended for deeper work and healing, for extra relaxation/stress reduction, and for added focus on areas as desired/indicated.  The 90 minute session is my most popular, recommended, and most-booked offering. *The session begins with ~10-15+ minutes of sound healing/ tuning fork therapy to ground and center the body, calm and balance the nervous system, clear and harmonize the chakras, and address other areas of concern (endocrine system, hormonal balancing, organ balancing, and more). The remaining time of the session is dedicated to nurturing, transformative, and calming Reiki and Healing Touch to the body, the auric field, and the chakras.  I remain with hands in each position until I feel the body's energy is "in flow."  

Reiki can heal and transform on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels, and your personal healing intention is discussed before each session (or held in the privacy of your heart).

90 Minutes Reiki with Sound Healing:  $130

60 minute sessions are great for ongoing clients desiring a tune-up, or those curious in trying Reiki. Feel clear, balanced, and nourished with a 60 minute session. *The session opens with ~5-10 minutes of sound healing with tuning forks played by the ears, which helps to calm and reset the nervous system and energy centers, followed by nurturing reiki and healing touch for the remainder of the session.

Reiki can relieve anxiety and other stressors, and heals on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. When booking, you may share what you would like to achieve with your session, whether it's relaxation, stress reduction, relief in pain, or any other areas of concern.

60 Minutes Reiki with Sound Healing:  $90

• Student and Senior Discount, as needed:  $75, once per semester or twice per year-- request when booking, please

This session blends the calming, restorative energy work of Reiki with the wellness-boosting effects of Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy.  During the session you'll relax comfortably for 25 minutes on a iMRS 2000 PEMF mat and massage table while gentle PEMF frequencies penetrate your body at a cellular level-- helping to support circulation, reduce inflammation and stress, promote physical healing. 

Afterwards we complete the session by transitioning to nurturing Reiki & Healing Touch energy work.  This combination enhances your body's natural healing mechanisms, and leaves you feeling grounded, revived, and relaxed.

Reiki is not intended to replace your medical care, but to complement it. 

For serious conditions more than one reiki session will be booked.  Reiki can not only help the body relax, but stimulate the body's natural healing mechanisms and restore energetic flow in the body. I can make no guarantees of healing or curing, but if you feel called to this program, I encourage you to reach out.

Please continue your established care with your primary care provider, as you integrate Reiki into your program.  You may wish to discuss this with your provider.  

For chronic conditions or serious illness, I would recommend in-person Reiki sessions 1-2x/week, booking at least one month at a time.
