90 Minutes Reiki with Sound Healing

90 minute sessions are recommended for deeper work and healing, for extra relaxation/stress reduction, and for added focus on areas as desired/indicated.  The 90 minute session is my most popular, recommended, and most-booked offering. *The session begins with ~10-15+ minutes of sound healing/ tuning fork therapy to ground and center the body, calm and balance the nervous system, clear and harmonize the chakras, and address other areas of concern (endocrine system, hormonal balancing, organ balancing, and more). The remaining time of the session is dedicated to nurturing, transformative, and calming reiki to the body, the auric field, and the chakras.  I remain with hands in each position until I feel the body's energy is "in flow."  

Reiki can heal and transform on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels, and your personal healing intention is discussed before each session (or held in the privacy of your heart).

90 Minutes Reiki with Sound Healing:  $130

60 Minutes Reiki with Sound Healing

60 minute sessions are great for ongoing clients desiring a tune-up, or those curious in trying Reiki. Feel clear, balanced, and nourished with a 60 minute session. *The session opens with ~5-10 minutes of sound healing with tuning forks played by the ears, which helps to calm and reset the nervous system and energy centers, followed by nurturing reiki for the remainder of the session.

Reiki can relieve anxiety and other stressors, and heals on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. When booking, you may share what you would like to achieve with your session, whether it's relaxation, stress reduction, relief in pain, or any other areas of concern.

60 Minutes Reiki with Sound Healing:  $90

• Student and Senior Discount:  $75, once per semester or twice per year-- request when booking, please

Distance Reiki +

• Full session with a consult and report 

• or Reiki Tune-up -- energy only, no calls or reports needed

Effects of reiki are profound, whether given in person or at a distance. Some find distance sessions to be even more beneficial for relaxing, receiving, and experiencing reiki, as they can relax in their own home.  Distance Reiki sessions are usually shorter than in-person because the energy can flow more freely without physical barriers.  It often clears and balances the system faster, allowing for a deep and effective session in less time.  

Reiki knows no distance or time, so it can be sent to any person open to receive it, at any place, with full strength.  Whatever your reason, if you would like to experience a distance reiki session, I am happy to hear from you!​

Sessions are usually completed within a week, typically Thursdays-Sundays. 

Full Session  $80: 

• Includes call, text, or email consultation -- to share your healing intentions (use your preferred method of communication)

• Spirit/entity release or cord cutting as needed

• Aura cleansing and full body/chakra reiki infusion (~45-60 minutes or until complete)

• A written report of your session will be emailed afterwards

Reiki Tune-up $40:

• A shorter session (~20-30 minutes) with energy only-- no call or consult needed.  Reiki is channeled until I feel the energy is complete.

• Send your intentions by text or let me know what you'd like support with.

• You may request a specific time (for example before a meeting or a test), or I'll send Reiki within 1 week of booking (typically Thursdays-Sunday).  You'll be notified by text once it's complete. 

Emergency Clearing:  Add +$25 for Reiki to be completed within 24 hours.

Daily Reiki for Serious Illness or Chronic Conditions

Reiki is not intended to replace your medical care, but to complement it. 

For serious conditions more than one reiki session will be booked.  Reiki can not only help the body relax, but stimulate the body's natural healing mechanisms and restore energetic flow in the body. I can make no guarantees of healing or curing, but if you feel called to this program, I encourage you to reach out.

Please continue your established care with your primary care provider, as you integrate Reiki into your program.  You may wish to discuss this with your provider.  

For chronic conditions or serious illness, I would recommend in-person Reiki sessions 1-2x/week, with daily distance sessions.
